Stonehenge, England

Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument located in Wiltshire, England, about 2 miles (3 km) west of Amesbury and 8 miles (13 km) north of Salisbury. One of the most famous sites in the world, Stonehenge is the remains of a ring of standing stones set within earthworks. It is in the middle of the most dense complex of Neolithic and Bronze Age monuments in England, including several hundred burial mounds.

Switzerland, Filisur, Landwasser Viaduct

The Landwasser Viaduct is a single track six-arched curved limestone railway viaduct. It spans the Landwasser River between Schmitten and Filisur, in the Canton of Graubünden, Switzerland.

Designed by Alexander Acatos, it was built between 1901 and 1902 by Müller & Zeerleder for the Rhaetian Railway, which still owns and uses it today. It is 65 metres (213 ft) high, 136 metres (446 ft) long, and one of its ramps exits straight into the Landwasser Tunnel.
Landwasser Viaduct, Thuỵ Sĩ

Landwasser Viaduct là cây cầu cạn cong, 6 nhịp, có đường ray. Vắt ngang Landwasser River giữa Schmitten và Filisur, ở Canton thuộc Graubünden, Thuỵ Sĩ.

Được thiết kế bởi Alexander Acatos, được xây dựng từ năm 1901 đến 1902 bởi Zeerleder & Müller cho hãng Đường sắt Rhaetian, hiện vẫn sở hữu và sử dụng đến nay. Cao 65 mét ( 213 ft ) , dài 136 mét ( 446 ft ) , và một trong những đoạn cong của cây cầu này đâm thẳng vào đường hầm Landwasser.

At first sight, Wat Samphran temple may look like a tourist attraction. However, this unique temple is actually far off the beaten track and not included in most tourist guides.

Wat Samphran temple is unlike any temple you will find in Thailand. The building is about 17 stories tall with a giant dragon spiralling to the top. It includes many sculptures of other beasts and a giant buddha made of bronze.

The Faroe Islands

The Faroe Islands are an archipelago between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, approximately halfway between Norway and Iceland, 320 kilometres (200 mi) north-northwest of Great Britain. The area is approximately 1,400 km2 (540 sq mi) with a 2015 population of 48,700. The islands are an autonomous country within the Danish kingdom.
