Old Fashioned Custard Pie
Bánh trứng kiểu cổ điển
Custard Pie is a little bit like Creme Brulee in a pie crust. This is wonderful served chilled with REAL whipped cream. Enjoy.
Bánh trứng hơi giống Brulee Creme đổ trong vỏ bánh nướng. Sẽ rất ngon nếu để lạnh ăn với kem đánh. Chúc ngon miệng.
Ingrédients:

1 unbaked pie shell (I use Marie Callendar's deep dish)
3 large eggs
½ cup of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
2-⅔ cups of milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Nguyên liệu:

1 vỏ bánh chưa nướng
3 trứng lớn
½ chén đường
½ muỗng cà phê muối
½ muỗng cà phê nutmeg
2 - ⅔ chén sữa
1 muỗng cà phê tinh dầu va ni nguyên chất
Preparation :

 Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat your eggs slightly, then add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk. Beat well and pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Sprinkle the top of pie with fresh ground nutmeg and serve.
Cách làm:

Đun nóng lò đến 350 độ. Đánh nhẹ trứng, rồi cho vào đường, muối, nutmeg, và sữa. Đánh kỹ rồi rót vỏ bánh. Nướng 35 đến 40 phút. Lấy ra khỏi lò và để nguội. Rắc lên mặt bánh nutmeg tươi xay nhuyễn.
