  Is every day a bad day? It's important to get help for yourself early to avoid severe emotional burnout. Early warning signs include:
      * Feeling tired most of the time
      * Headaches, back pain, muscle aches
      * Sleep or appetite changes
      * Feeling helpless, trapped, or detached
      * A more cynical or negative attitude
      * Isolating yourself
      * Neglecting responsibilities
