  • The Tulip were originally a wild flower growing in the Central Asia and were first cultivated by the Turks as early as 1,000 AD. The flower were introduced in the westen Europe and the Netherlands in the 17th century by Carolus Clusius, a famous biologist from Vienna. In the 1590’s he became the director of the Hortus Botanicus in Leiden, the oldest botanical garden of Europe, founded in 1587.

  • Epson on Wednesday announced the upcoming release of the Artisan 710 and 810 all-in-one printers, each sporting integrated an Wi-Fi connection in addition to their Ethernet ports. Either can print on both sides of a page to save paper, while compatible devices can be charged via the printers' front-mounted USB port. Users can also print images wirelessly straight from their iPhones.

  • Fenqing is a Chinese word which literally means “angry youth”. This word has many translations in English such as cynical youth, young nationalists, hysterical youth and angry young men. I personally like to call them mob youth or ignorant angry youth. It is impossible to understand China without knowing what Fenqing is and what role they play in the society in today’s China.
